As living history re-enactors, we portray 18th century bakers who baked in the community and helped in the efforts of providing provisions for the forces during the American War for Independence, the Revolutionary War.

Our campaign style wood-fired oven is transported to sites to enhance the setting and this allows us the opportunity to aid in public education along with offering a variety of period-style fare. The variety of seasonal, period correct fare, can include scones, pocket-pies, flat bread, fruit bread, cakes (18th century cookies), ration bread and sausage rolls. Site visitors and re-enactors become involved in our baking experience viewing our 18th century bake area, oven and market scene vignette. They also enjoy the aromas of the fresh baked fare while anticipating what will come out of the oven next.
